Calls and messages are checked and answered 08:30 - 19:00 Monday - Friday and 09:00 - 14:00 Saturdays. Out of hours in the interests of work-life balance I put my work ‘phone and devices on do not disturb/autoreply and don’t pick up or answer until the following working day. Please be aware of this if you are messaging me out of hours, or on a Sunday/Bank Holiday. Thankyou.
NB If you are an NHS patient with a query about your treatment please contact me through the hospital where you are a patient, not here. I don't have access to your NHS hospital records at my private practice.
